Bosca Expenses
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Bosca Expenses ("Bosca"), operated by Red Rock Tower Ltd (CRO 815834, Ireland). By using Bosca you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Beta software
Bosca is currently in beta. The app may have bugs, may change without notice, and may occasionally be unavailable. Don't rely on Bosca as your only record of expenses during the beta period — keep a backup.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, email support@boscaexpenses.com.
Your data
You own the receipts and expense data you put into Bosca. We process it on your behalf as described in our privacy policy. You can export your data at any time from within the app, and request deletion of your data by emailing support@boscaexpenses.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Bosca for anything illegal.
- Try to break, probe, or reverse-engineer the app.
- Upload receipts that aren't yours, or images that contain other people's personal data without their consent.
- Use Bosca to defraud HMRC, Revenue, or any other tax authority.
Subscriptions
Free tier is free. Pro and Business tiers are paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; the subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are handled by the platform you bought through (Apple, Google, or Stripe).
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
Liability
Bosca is provided "as is". We make no warranty about uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute will be resolved in the Irish courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page.
